4. Keep the Website Updated

If you use it, just be sure to keep the site up to date. For example, you do not want to show old listings that have long been off the market. The content on your website should feature the key phrases you think people are going to search for. For example, if you are a real estate agent in Spokane, Washington. then it may make sense to have content such as "Our Spokane real estate team" and so on. The more often the terms are used while still reading well, the better. Just be sure to understand how to properly use content on your site so that you show up better in the search results.
