One of the major things you can do is to have links to all the possible needs you think a potential buyer and seller might have or be looking for.. These links could be ones to inform your buyers and sellers, or to advertise to them. It is completely up to your discretion. We feel that it is better to inform the buyer more then sell to them, but it is your call.

In today’s market people are looking to get all the information they can in one place. So you have to make sure your real estate website is the nexus of your area’s universe. You might want to put up links to all the local public schools and private schools. This will help out that buyer who is mostly concerned with school districts in that area. Another link that a agent might want to put up on their real estate website is for local builders. What if your buyer or seller wants to put a deck on they house they are buying or selling. They could search the internet for Realtors, then such for local contractors. Or they could just click on the link from your real estate website to a local contractors.

Other things people would be interested in are the stores and other local businesses that are located in the area they are looking to buy in. This does not have to be the link to the actual business website, but a least a list for the names of the stores or businesses and a description of what they offer the community. And if the business does not have a website let them know about DreamCo Design. A few other points of interest for a potential buyer might be the local churches, and maybe even the local governing boards for that particular township.

The buyer and seller are your customers. And customers are what makes or brakes a business. One quote that always stood out in my mind was “People won’t always remember what you said, but they will always remember how you made them feel”. This holds true to almost anything you do. It can be a powerful tool for you in your quest to conquer the real estate market. People may not always remember what they saw on your real estate website, but they will remember that it was easy and informative to them. They will remember you for that, and we all know that the best form of advertising is great customer service.

DreamCo Design lives by that above statement.
