The content collection process starts when your Project Manager sends you your content collection form. This will come to you in an email. Basically, it is just a form that you will receive detailing all of the areas that are in need of content for your promotional website design. The content of your website must be received by your project manager before anything starts to be built on the website. This is because the website is partially built around your content and in order to build it to the correct proportions, or in the correct manner, your content must be submitted.

Does DreamCo Design have a revisions process?

DreamCo Design has an extensive content and revisions process to ensure that your promotional web design solution comes out as close to as originally thought out by you. Once the website has been built we test it and review it, to ensure it has everything originally discussed. Then we allow you to literally revise any part of it that you do not like. All of our clients are entitled to two full sets of revisions to get their promotional website design solution perfect.

Depending on your hosting plan you most likely have the ability to just give us a call and submit any updates to you website that you would like to see changed. Keep in mind that this only covers things like textual changes and pictures switching out. Any additional items will have to be discussed with your original web development expert in order to talk about pricing. Any changes can be submitted to your project manager.

The hosting plan that you are on is the deciding factor of how much time you get each month in order to have changes done. Check with your web development expert to find out what you qualify for.

Who do I call if something goes wrong on my site?

If something goes wrong on your website or you just forgot how to do something in your admin panel you can always call us for help. Sometimes the problem with the website is something that we cannot control but coming to us first will allow you to find out what the possible solutions could be. If it is on our end we will be more than happy to assist you with fixing it.

Where do I buy my domain name?

If you don't own a domain name yet we can register it for you and find out what is and is not available.

Will my promotional web design solution be supported by all the major internet browsers?
