Print Design - FAQ

Below are a variety of questions that clients commonly ask when discussing print design & printing with us.

Is the design really free?

Yes. It really is free. No matter what your print design looks like it will cost no more than someone who has a completely different design. There are no charges associated with print design so you don’t have to worry about having a simple design to save cost.

Can I get my print pieces in other increments rather than the typical 1000/2500/5000/10,000?

Unfortunately, no. The quantities are the way they are in order to save you money. This about it this way. If you went through another printer to get a quantity of 500 and it cost you the same amount of money, where is the logic in that? Why not get more for your money? There is nothing wrong with having too much of a good thing.

What about splitting orders? I need 500 cards for me and 500 for someone else? Is that possible?

Because we are a gang run print press, 1000 is the lowest quantity that we can offer of the same piece. If we could split it up in this situation, then we should be able to normally, which is not the case. Even so, our print pieces are substantially lower in price than most other companies.

Where can my orders be shipped to?

Virtually anywhere in or out of the United States.

Can I change anything during the revisions of my print design?

You can change anything and everything. We try to get down your initial design ideas before we start so that there are little to no revisions, but if you need something changed we are more than happy to do it for you. This is why there are two sets of revisions allowed on print designs.

Does it cost more for color?

Not at all. Color goes into the "design" category, and we've already talked about how print design doesn't cost you a penny more. Color it up, or take it all away. It's all the same to us.
