The price for a mobile-ready website is typically $0.00. What?! How? Well, virtually every website DreamCo Design develops is now "mobile ready" meaning the professional website we set up for you for normal users will also function just fine on a mobile device without any further investment needed. Basically all we need to do is figure out the cost of having a professional website put together. We help both new businesses getting a website for the very first time as well as existing companies seeking to replace their outdated or do-it-yourself sites. Pricing for a normal website can be anywhere from a few hundred to tens of thousands of dollars.

We price things out based on programming, pages, and functionality. Basically the bigger and more difficult the project, the more expensive it is. The design and how good it looks typically has little influence on the overall cost as all of our work tends to look good and every solution we develop is custom. At times design-heavy projects result in an increase, but the influence here is very little in terms of cost.

The price for a mobile version of your website is another story.

Are we developing a mobile version of your website just for a phone or do we need to make an additional version for tablets like the iPad? Yes, much of the design, pages, and accessible options remain the same between a tablet version and a phone version of a mobile website, however there are sizing differences which can influence the total ticket price.

The cost for a mobile website also depends on whether or not we develop your main website. If you have a pre-existing site that we are just making a mobile version for, it may be more difficult for us to re-use content, artwork, and functionality driven pieces. If we design it, we can seamlessly tie everything together. A mobile-version of the site is typically between 1/3 and 3/4 the original website's cost. This can vary greatly and is dependent as to whether or not the mobile site is just informational or if it ties into the website functionality in some way or another.

Basically the price could be $500, $5,000, or $50,000+. It all depends. Most are on the lower end (couple thousand) but each and every scenario is different.
