Jay Correia, Founder & CEO of DreamCo Design, has been developing websites, marketing solutions, and print material for a broad range of customers for over a decade. His outgoing, passionate, and determined personality has helped DreamCo Design and their clients reach new heights. When Jay isn't in the office he enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, fishing, researching the paranormal, cheering on the Red Sox, Patriots, and enjoying all things New England.

Zack McBride

Senior Project Manager

Zack McBride is the office manager and Sr. Production Coordinator for DreamCo Design. As the production coordinator it is Zack's responsibility to keep a pulse on every single project flowing in and out of the DreamCo Design doors, requiring a great deal of talent, flexibility, and technology savvy. Zack is a well versed musical mind. Out of the office, Zack enjoys travelling, concert-going, movies, paranormal work, and winning over the ladies.

Ed Seggelke

Director of Sales

As Director of Sales Ed is responsible for not only ensuring money in the door but customer quality control and satisfaction. Keeping a pulse on the industry to ensure we are providing the best bang for the buck and are able to crank out incredible websites with an unbeatable team of consultants is just one of the many things he is responsible for. The leadership and experience Ed brings to our team is indispensable. When he isn't in the office you will probably find him chopping down a tree or busting a terror circle as Solid Snake.

Josh Kwasny

Senior Web Development Consultant

Senior Project Manager Josh Kwasny is a long running member of the DreamCo Design organization. Josh's background in project management, site development, and beta-testing is constantly put to the test with his day to day project management requirements and in the end, your site getting done on time and accurately lies on his shoulders. Josh enjoys travelling back home to Michigan, spending time with his lovely girlfriend, sports, travelling, and movies.

Kyle Unzicker

Art Director

Just when Jake thought he was the best designer ever to hit the Chicago marketplace along came Kyle, seriously. This guy can crank out some of the most incredibly brilliant designs and do so much more. Though DreamCo Design is a team, Kyle is an easy vote for MVP. When he isn't at work you may find Kyle spending time with his family, enjoying movies, dressing up like a clown, eating at McDonalds, or doing a lot of other normal things.

Igor Burban

Senior Programmer

Igor speaks with his actions. If you look up the phrase "actions speaks louder than words" you will see an index of all the work Igor has completed as part of DreamCo Design. His programming insight is absolutely brilliant and he is a true pioneer in the industry. DreamCo Design relies on Igor to come through in the bottom of the 9th time and time again. No one knows what Igor does outside of work. Perhaps he is a spy?

Dan Sweemer

Project Manager

Dan is the man. He does so much in terms of behind-the-scenes glue-work it's not even funny. Where do you think your website updates come from? Yup. Email assistance? That too. We could fill the page with the countless items Dan does to help DreamCo Design. On the weekends, he is a pretty normal guy.

Aamer Ahmed

Customer Liaison

Always smiling and making your day that much better, Aamer assists with customer service, liaison duties, and keeping our team heading in the right direction.

John Bruce

Web Developer

John Bruce is an up and coming programmer that develops rock-solid admin panel interfaces, custom CMS systems, and more. Known as a go-to-guy when it comes to PHP/MYSQL nothing gets in his way. He is addicted to energy drinks.

Nick Kalush

Well rounded talent defines Nick pretty well. Nick works on websites involving heavy-custom programming alongside those that are fairly standard for our team. Nick likes sight-seeing with his girlfriend and takes interest in a wide range of things.

David Fulton, AKA, Jacksmack, is an award winning flash developer capable of putting together a diverse line up of websites. As a DreamCo Design developer, David has developed products ranging from in depth store systems to custom flash intros and animated pieces. Outside of DreamCo Design, David has been a very successful flash game developer (JackSmack.com) and has been recognized for his work with his games receiving tens of millions of collective plays.
