This weekend had to be one of the most glorious times since last year. I failed to realize how terrible winter really is in comparison to the freedom and beauty that spring and summer have. There are so many people that enjoy the snow (which is fine! I like snow too) but I’d much rather give up seeing snow at all in order to be able to go outside without a coat on and the sun shining down warming my body. What a great way to get a boost in mood. I’ve already seen changes in the personalities of those around me; people get happier when they see the sun out and it isn’t gloomy looking outside.

          I’m hoping that this weather stays nice and that there is no stop to the ever increasing temperature. Just a little bit warmer and I’ll be golden. I love that time when spring is turning into summer, the temperature is just right and it hasn’t become too hot or humid yet. The trees are still dead and dreary looking but soon enough their leaves will come out and everything will look alive. Can you tell how excited I am? Living in the Chicago area my whole life you would think that the coming and going of winter would be something that one would get used to. After twenty one years and some change I still have not become totally unaware of the changes; I hope that I won’t ever become fully immune.

          There is no doubt about it, Spring is coming! I could do a little dance but it doesn’t transfer well over the computer. (*dances*) Well… that will do.
