Timeshare Web Design: Finding Yourself and Your Business
December 31, 2007 10:18 amThe past few articles have been stressing the point that timeshare web design is an investment. I am sure most of you out there reading this already understand that everything is potentially an investment depending on your philosophical views. Timeshare web design is an investment at the most traditional sense of the term. I just wanted to be sure I got that across to everyone reading these things. For those of you that are looking to pursue a timeshare web design solution and this is the first article you have read I suggest going back and reading the previous articles as well. Seeing as I pretty much beat the investment thing into the ground I think it is time we focused on a few of the benefits of a timeshare web design solution.
First of all a timeshare web design solution offers you and your timeshare business a tremendous amount of exposure. Most of you who may read this blog often know that a website is probably the best way to showcase your business. The only other way to get that kind of exposure is to advertise during the Super Bowl. But if you did that you’d be looking at a few million dollars for a few precious seconds. A timeshare web design solution is not going to cost anywhere a million dollars let alone a few million. Maybe a couple thousand depending on the website but for timeshare web design you’d be looking at the low thousands at the most.
Just think of the millions of people that use the web each day. Your timeshare website will be available for those people to view every second of everyday until the world blows up or you decide to shut it down. That is a lot of potential passersby’s. The key to success with timeshare web design is to some how focus those millions of web browsers towards your timeshare website. This can be done in several ways. One of the major things you can do is strategic marketing. Print and hand out flyers, have graphic banners on affiliated websites, from partnerships with other related businesses, and so on. Typically this can all be achieved by networking. That is simply getting to know others in the related industry and making friends.
Getting people to check out your timeshare website is the second big step in the timeshare web design process. The next few articles will focus on the networking and marketing aspects of timeshare web design. We will discuss SEO, Pay Per Click and other forms of web marketing, as well as the best ways to network. For now I will bid you all farewell. Everyone have a safe and happy new year. beforehand. Whether it is research on the type of surgery they are looking at or the doctor that they are going to trust with their outward appearance. If you are a doctor making a website you should think about a few things. One being, how are you going to show that you are experienced? What are you going to put as far as information on your website? How easy is the information to find?
be the deal breaker. More people are going to be looking at your before and after pictures than reading any of your text. People are visual creatures and that’s just fact.
after). The last bit of information is your contact page that should have your number and location.
You can now find everything your looking for in a doctor by just filling out a form, submitting and presto! you’ve got results upon results to choose from. The only problem I see with this is that most of the time when you try to look into the medical facility and/or the doctor, all you get to see is where they are located and their contact information. I suppose I could spend the time to pick up the phone and call to ask all of my questions which I feel are valid and important, but would they be able to spend the time on me? I realize doctors are quite busy and usually don’t have time to sit with me on the phone and chat about what it is they do and what their patients can expect from them. There must be some solution to this mess. Of course there is, it’s medical web design, and every doctor should think about having their own website made so that patients looking them up can read some information about the doctor they are thinking about choosing.
With that being said I want to say a few things to the people thinking, “Well not every doctor has a lot of information to give. A lot of doctors only have a small practice that really doesn’t need a web page.” Wrong! Every doctor can benefit from having a web page. I’ve used the “find a doctor in your area” form a bunch of times and all I get is that list of names and locations. In fact, there are always a couple of doctors with websites listed. These are the ones that I look at! You know why? Because I want something solid to look at without having to talk to a doctor that I may not even end up choosing; and so does everyone else. Even if your a doctor with a small practice, you can still make a smaller webpage that showcases your expertise. Even having a website makes your look bigger than you are. There are so many benefits that in this
day and age you really can’t go without one. Not to say that some doctors who already have their regular patients built up can’t survive without a website. I’m talking about doctors just coming into practices of their own. It will really help you get your practice off the ground.
together by people who don’t really know how to design a website. Animal fan sites are something that a lot of people look to for information and research. You should take this seriously as an obvious fan yourself. Although I realize that there really is no services being sold on a fan site or anything that can make a customer upset with the performance of the site; you should still have a good looking site for a few reasons. I’ll be using dog sites as my example. One being that people are coming to your page to look at the information you have posted. If your site looks terrible people won’t enjoy it as much, and in turn most likely won’t continue to stay on your page; although if you are well informed and have plenty of information it may persuade them to stay. Most people are looking up breed information because they want to know more about their dog or they want to know all they can about a dog they are thinking about buying. Thinking about this, you should realize that there is tons of information required to do this, unless you a site dedicated to one specific breed.
no questions asked. There is nothing worse than a page where you can’t find something you’re searching for. With so many pages included in your site everything should be organized and in place.
